Shipping & Delivery Process
- Payment processing:
Once order was processed, the payment will be completed.
- Shipping requesting:
Order information will transfer to seller and seller preparing the item to be ship out.
- Shipping scheduled:
iEvo delivery man will pick up item from seller back to our warehouse for packaging.
- Shipping on delivery (Next day):
The item has been shipped out next day and you are able to track your order “Track My Orders”. Any changes to the order are not possible at this.
- Shipping delivered:
When the items are delivered to the customer, the customer needs to counter sign on our electronic device with our delivery and then the status will be changed to delivered. If you don't receive the item but the status is changed to delivered through the system, kindly call and speak to our customer service hotline at 6777 7772.
