Will I receive any sort of order confirmation after I have placed an order with iEvo?

An order confirmation with the order summary will be sent to your email address that you provided to us. We also send emails to keep you updated on your order.

What is the iEvo cancellation policy?

Once your product has been cancelled, depending on a case by case basis. We will process your refund for your product within 7 days. The refund amount will then be visible in your bank account within 5 business days to 7 business days, depending on your original mode of payment.

• We will not be able to refund your shipping fee.

• Once your products have been successfully cancelled, you will then receive a notification from us and our customer service officers will be in touch with you.

Could I call up iEvo to place an order over the phone?

We regret to inform you that our customer service representatives are unable to do so. In any case placing an order on iEvo is really easy, and we would love that your try it out for yourself! All you have to do is to create an account and purchase with us.

Can I change products from my order after the order has been processed?

We do apologise that we are unable to change the products in your order once it has been processed, as the seller(s) may have already packed and shipped out the products. If you have any queries in regards to this, please kindly raise your query to us via our customer care and we will be able to further assist you.

I received a damaged or defective product, what should I do?

If the product that you have received is damaged or defective, write to us and one of our customer service representatives will be in touch with you.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

Due to a mistake on our end, it may be possible that you had received an item different from what you had ordered. In the unlikely situation that this happens, we will arrange a delivery back to you, our procurement team representatives will be in touch with you.

How do I remove a product from my shopping cart?

To remove a product from your shopping cart, please kindly follow these steps below:

Desktop:

1. Click on ‘My Cart’ button located on the top right hand corner of the bar to go your shopping cart.

2. Click on the ‘x’ button for the item(s) that you do not wish to purchase

Your cart will be updated and that item will be removed.

How do I search up for a product that I want to purchase on iEvo?

You can search for a product on iEvo using the following methods:

  • Use the category navigation tool located on the top left corner of the page
  • Use the search engine tool located on the top of the page and type in your keywords.

Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?

If you products has already been processed by our procurement department for shipment, cancellation can no longer be initiated.

How can I change the delivery details for my existing order?

Changing of delivery details would have to be assessed on a case by case basis, kindly contact us one of customer service representatives will be able to assist you further.

Can I change my payment method after an order has been made?

We do regret once your payment method has be selected and payment has been processed this cannot be changed.

How can I cancel my order?

If your products have already been shipped out you are not allowed to cancel, orders are allowed to be cancelled only if it’s been damaged or defective. Please kindly contact us for more assistance.
